Abstract
如今,应用对电机的效率要求很高,精确的电机铁损计算是电机设计进一步优化的基础。本方法对于精确计算电机铁损极其复杂,特别是对于变频供电电机系统。本文提出了一种基于损失面模型(LS模型)和有限元法的便捷铁损计算方法。LS 模型是一个动态和标量迟滞模型,它考虑了所有动态行为。材料属性只需测量一次,建模后,可以直接采用模型进行应用计算。该方法用于计算逆变器供电的内部永磁同步电机(IPMSM)的铁损。同时,定制了具有无磁永磁体的电机。IPMSM的铁损是在构建的平台上测量的。通过将计算结果与实验结果进行比较,验证了组合方法的可行性和准确性。
