Abstract
This paper introduces a new Double-sided Linear Flux-Switching Permanent Magnet Motor (DSLFSPM), which has simple mover structure and high thrust density, and is suitable for electromagnetic launch system. However, when the DSLFSPM motor moves at high speed, the reliability of the position sensor decreases. In this paper, a sensorless control technology based on Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS) is proposed. By studying the mathematical model of DSLFSPM motor and traditional MRAS, based on the high requirements of traditional MRAS for motor parameters, the parameter identification part is added to improve the accuracy and stability of the system. Then the proposed sensorless control method of DSLFSPM motor is simulated and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the method.
