Abstract
针对极端情况下城市电网可能存在的外部攻击风险,提出一种城市电网主动分区方法。该方法首先根据极端情况下城市电网可能受到的外部攻击风险建立故障集,然后以故障集约束下的城市电网负荷损失风险最小为目标函数。其次,提出了一种基于改进粒子群优化的求解算法,该算法利用基于源负载匹配方法得到的供电区域子集来提高粒子群优化的优化效率。最后以一个典型的城市电网为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
