Abstract
Insulated jumper clamp is a common tool for current-carry equipment with load in the operation of a 10kV distribution line without power failure. The temperature rise characteristic of insulated jumper clamp is important to the safety of personnel and equipment. This paper takes 2756/SJ1503 insulated drain clamp as the research object, simulates and calculates the temperature rise of insulated drain clamp by using the electric thermal multi physical field coupling method, analyzes the mutual influence of the clamp on the temperature rise of the clamp in the environment temperature, light intensity, wind speed, and current load, and the simulation calculation shows that the wind speed can promote the decrease of the temperature rise of the clamp; The significance of each factor of the clamp temperature rise is analyzed by using the orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the ambient temperature and current load have a significant effect on the insulation and drainage clamp temperature rise, and the light intensity has no significant effect on the clamp temperature rise. The order of significance is: current load(C) > ambient temperature(B) > light intensity(A); Through multiple linear regression analysis, the fitting equation of clamp temperature is obtained: the cable clamp temperature =308.625-1.025A +5.125B+10.675C, which provides a basis for the operation, design, maintenance and personnel protection of insulated jumper clamps in live line operation.
