Abstract
Abstract--The DC link current sampling with single sensor attract high interest in the electric drive field. Unobservable area is the most intractable challenge in traditional SVPWM single sensor reconstruction method, especially in sector boundary, where the duration of effective voltage vector is too short that can’t measured accurately. This paper proposed a new non-zero compensation vector pulse width modulation (NCV-PWM) single sensor method for current reconstruction. First, analysis the minimum sample time of DC link current, divided voltage space vector plane into different modulation area Then, applying non-zero compensate vector in sector boundary to extend the current sampling window, satisfies the minimum sampling time requirements for DC link current, eliminates the sector boundary unobservable area in voltage space vector plane. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified on the experimental platform. The results show the current completed reconstruct in space vector plane and THD is less than 6.17%, provides accurate current feedback for high performance vector control.
