Abstract
With the high penetration of renewable energy in the power system, the concept of web of cell has emerged. This paper firstly establishes the model of WoC of active distribution grid, which specifically includes household PV, electric vehicle and household load; then introduces the active power control principle of smart load; then applies the smart load to the autonomous control of WoC of active distribution grid, and uses hierarchical control to control WoC of active distribution grid. Finally , This paper verifies the effectiveness of the proposed autonomous control method in reducing load fluctuation through simulation. The effectiveness of the proposed autonomous control method in reducing load fluctuation is verified by simulation.
